Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) in the United States is seeking a Behavior Technician to support 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 2–12 in a clinic setting. You will help build communication, independence, and confidence, guided by a collaborative team and mentored clinicians.

Starting at $19/hour with increases to $22.50 after RBT certification; paid training and certification are provided. Daytime shifts with Saturday availability are required, making this a meaningful and rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (babysitting, teaching, camps, classrooms, etc.).
• Ability to stay calm and flexible when working with kids.
• Demonstrates empathy and respectful support for children and families.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with kids aged 2–12 to build communication and independence.
• Play games to develop language and social skills.
• Track progress and help BCBA update therapy plans with session notes.
• Collaborate with team to problem-solve and adjust support.
• Manage challenging moments like meltdowns with a calm, patient presence.
