Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is seeking a Behavior Technician to support autistic children in a clinic setting. You will work 1:1 with kids aged 2–12, helping them build communication, independence, and confidence while receiving real-time coaching from a compassionate team.

Paid RBT training and certification are provided in your first month, with mentorship and regular reviews. Full-time clinicians receive health, dental, and vision insurance in a supportive, growth‑minded culture.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in babysitting, coaching, camps, or classrooms.
• Calm, flexible, and eager to learn—even in tough moments.
• Support kids through respect and empathy, not compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2–12 to build communication and independence.
• Play games on the floor to develop language and social skills.
• Help children ask for help, tie shoes, and transition between tasks.
• Track progress and take notes to inform therapy plans with the BCBA.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and mental health professionals.
