Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy (NSPT) is hiring a Behavior Therapist for our clinic-based program. You will work 1:1 with children ages 2–12, focusing on communication, independence, and confidence, within an assent-based, neuroaffirming approach.

Training toward RBT certification is paid, with coaching and career growth supported by a collaborative team. Starting at $19/hour with increases after RBT certification, NSPT offers daytime shifts and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (ages 2–12) or similar settings.
• Must have the physical stamina and mobility to actively engage with children.
• Afternoon/evening (starting at 3pm) and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 work with kids to build communication, independence, and confidence.
• Track progress and take session notes for BCBA updates.
• Communicate with team to problem-solve and adjust supports.
