Job summary

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to support children with autism in a dynamic, team-driven setting. This role focuses on building communication, independence, and confidence through hands-on, 1:1 sessions with children aged 2–12.

You will receive paid RBT training and certification in the first month, with raises after certification and regular performance reviews. A meaningful career in ABA and allied fields awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (babysitting, coaching, camps, classrooms)
• Ability to communicate with a team and adjust plans as needed
• Comfort with active, hands-on roles with kids ages 2–12
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA-related paths

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children during sessions
• Help children build language, social, and independence skills
• Track progress and document session notes for BCBA review
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and mental health professionals as part of the team
• Maintain flexible, patient, and empathetic interaction throughout sessions
