Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support children with developmental needs across New Castle County. You will provide direct ABA instruction under supervision, join collaborative BCBA teams, and regularly communicate progress to families with practical home strategies.

The role emphasizes data collection, program book maintenance, and strict confidentiality while you travel to cases and work in home, clinic, or community

Qualifications

• Experience working with special needs children is required or in progress of relevant studies.
• Must have passion for working with children, families and therapists.
• ABA experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families post-session and share resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
