Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Dover, DE is hiring part-time hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction to children aged 2-21 in home, community, and clinic settings. You will collaborate with BCBA and therapists, collect daily data, communicate with families, and maintain confidentiality under state and federal regulations.

Must have 2+ years\' experience or current student in relevant field; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA is preferred.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children (ages 2–21) in a supervised setting.
• Completion of Achieve Beyond 20-hour training and competency exam after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families after each session and share home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child\'s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
