Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to serve children in Montgomery and Prince George counties. The role focuses on direct ABA instruction, collaboration with BCBA teams, and family communication to promote consistency across home and community settings.

The organization offers flexible schedules, extensive training, a 24/7 online learning platform, and a robust support network including supervisors and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• At least 1–2 years working with children 2–21 in supervised settings or current enrollment in related undergraduate program.
• Experience with ABA is preferred and training provided by Achieve Beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the plan by the BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families and provide resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and maintain the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
