Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA guidance in cases across the New Castle area. You will collaborate with BCBA and other therapists, and regularly communicate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervised work with children 2–21, completion or enrollment in a relevant undergrad program, and preference for ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• Experience using ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, and resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.
