Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Pediatric Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst in Ohio. In this role, you will help children with autism through ABA therapy, create individualized treatment plans, and lead a team of behavior technicians.

The position offers mentorship, innovative resources, and opportunities to open your own Ivy ABA clinic, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive salary and full benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month.
• Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8‑12 patients.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans.
• Empower parents to learn ABA principles for behavior change.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
