Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our ABA program in Michigan. You will lead a clinic-based team, assess children, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to support young learners and families.

As part of Ivy ABA for Kids, you will mentor technicians, coach caregivers, and help expand access through equity-partner opportunities while delivering evidence-based care in a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of patients and drive great outcomes with Clinic Director and Ivy leadership.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Coach and empower parents/caregivers to learn ABA-based principles at home.
• Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team with speech, OT, and PT providers.
