Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead a clinic-based ABA program. You will supervise a team of behavior technicians, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists to support children and families in achieving meaningful behavior change.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 with performance bonuses, sign-on bonus, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with active credential.
• Experience designing individualized ABA treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians in implementing plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients and collaborate with Clinic Director to drive outcomes.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting with predictable schedules.
• Coordinate care with speech, occupational, and physical therapy providers within Ivy Rehab for Kids.
