Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join its ABA program in Michigan. You will help children and families learn new skills, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting within a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a hybrid work option, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to advance toward equity partnership.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience designing individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients and collaborate with leadership to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide technicians in implementing each plan.
• Coach and empower parents to apply ABA principles outside sessions.
• Coordinate care with speech-language, occupational, and physical therapy teams.
