Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Nassau and Suffolk County, NY. You will conduct direct services, assessments, and behavior plans for children with ASD, working with families to set meaningful goals and improve daily functioning.

The role requires BCBA certification and LBA licensure, with at least one year of supervised ABA experience. Travel to cases and collaboration with caregivers are essential aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology).
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct services in the Early Intervention Program.
• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists and give performance feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress for each supervised client.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence and happiness.
• Conduct staff training and create behavior-analytic content for social media.
