Job summary

Ivy ABA in Michigan seeks a licensed BCBA to lead a clinic-based ABA program. You will carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and mentor behavior technicians. You will coach parents to apply ABA principles at home and coordinate with speech, OT, and PT to support each child’s goals.

The role offers a hybrid option, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities to grow into an equity-partner clinic leadership position within Ivy Rehab for Kids.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients, partnering with Clinic Director to drive outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan.
• Empower parents/caregivers to apply ABA-based principles at home.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (SLP, OT, PT).
