Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, is seeking a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide pediatric behavioral analysis services. The role includes evaluations, BIS delivery, and collaboration with families and school staff to meet child IEP/IFSP goals.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification, an applicable state license if required, and have a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, plus BACB supervision coursework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA Therapy or related field.
• Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing with BACB.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.
• License (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services to children in settings such as school, early intervention, and preschool.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and track child progress.
• Deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated by IFSP or IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support child goals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation, and progress notes.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers, aides, and paraprofessionals.

Education

Master's Degree in ABA Therapy or related field

BACB 8-hour supervision course

Board Certification (BCBA) in good standing

LBA license (state-where-required)
