Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, is seeking a BCBA to provide behavior analysis services for children in school-based, early intervention, and preschool settings. You will conduct evaluations, track progress, and deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) per IFSP/IEP.

The role includes supervising RBTs, collaborating with families and educators, and maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes. A strong credential set is required.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and be in good standing with BACB.
• Must hold a license (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations.
• Master's degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services to children in school, early intervention, and preschool settings.
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver BIS as mandated in IFSP/IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation and progress notes.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and paraprofessionals.
