Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role focuses on delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions for students, supervising RBTs, and contributing to IEP/504 driven plans.

• Master's degree required.
• State BCBA license required or in process with licensing team support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train RBTs and other implementers.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments and write reports for students.
• Provide high-quality services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Identify strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
