Ideal candidates hold a BSN/MSW/MHA or related degree with Virginia RN licensure and at least three years of pediatric clinical experience, including one year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN, MSW, MHA or related Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Licensure: RN license in Virginia; if applicable for degree Pharm D (pharmacy) or LCSW (Social Worker) on start.
• Experience: Three years of pediatric clinical experience; one year in supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned ambulatory area to ensure effective performance, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing, therapy and other disciplines for timely and appropriate patient management.
• Analyzes patient outcomes and program trends; participates in monthly reporting and meetings.
• Manages day-to-day tasks, interviews/hiring processes, and staff recognition.
