Qualifications

• BSN, MSW, MHA or related Bachelor's Degree.
• Licensure: RN in Virginia if BSN; PharmD or LCSW depending on degree.
• Three years of clinical experience and one year in a supervisory/lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned area to ensure effective performance, including hiring and training staff, creating and implementing strategies, and managing performance.
• Anticipate patient/family needs and facilitate effective treatment plans.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy and other interdisciplinary team members for timely patient management.
• Analyze patient outcomes and program trends; report trends in meetings and management reviews.
• Supervise and develop staff; participate in interviewing and hiring; recognize staff performance.
