Qualifications

• Collaborates with the Director of Outpatient Practices to resolve issues.
• Coordinates provider office schedules to monitor patient access.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory authorities.
• Oversees front-end Revenue Cycle functions ensuring compliance.
• Identifies financial improvement opportunities with related departments.
• Manages hiring, training, and performance of team members.
