• Rising senior in good standing or high school diploma / GED.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required.
• Graduation from a state-approved CNA or Patient Care Tech program.

• Excellence in patient experience by partnering with health care team, patient and family.
• Patient-centered care—supports healing/wellness and follows the plan of care.
• Contributes to the care plan in collaboration with the healthcare team with a focus on the continuum of care.
• Implements safety interventions to minimize risk and protects patient rights.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA; participates in hourly patient rounding.
• Documents care in EMR and communicates with RN/Charge Nurse.
• Transport supplies, medications, and equipment as assigned.
• Assists with direct patient admission and supports care delivery.
