Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is hiring a Night Shift Care Partner to support RN-led care and enhance patient experiences. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and the care team is essential to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across units. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; related field preferred.
• Rising senior in good standing or related field.
• Must have or obtain BLS Basic Life Support upon hire.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patient experience by partnering with the care team and family.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with basic patient care under RN direction.
• Support safety, HIPAA confidentiality, and effective communication.
• Transport supplies and medications as needed.
• Document care in EMR and participate in hourly rounding.
