Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient experience by partnering with the health care team and family.
• Assists with daily living activities and vital signs under RN supervision.
• Supports plan of care and safety interventions.
• Transports supplies, medications, and equipment as assigned.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs hourly patient rounding and responds to call lights promptly.
