Wellstar Health System is seeking a Care Partner to support patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role focuses on promoting a positive patient experience, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and age-appropriate care while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include assisting with care delivery, adherence to treatment plans, effective communication, and maintaining patient safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to document patient information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Promotes patient experience by partnering with the health care team and family.
• Assists with daily living activities and vital signs under RN supervision.
• Supports plan of care and safety interventions.
• Transports supplies, medications, and equipment as assigned.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs hourly patient rounding and responds to call lights promptly.
