Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Night shift Care Partner to support nursing staff and deliver compassionate patient care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and help ensure a safe, respectful patient experience in a fast-paced hospital setting. Collaborating with RNs and the healthcare team, you will participate in patient rounding, documentation, and basic procedures as trained, while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed directions and document accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions.
• Clear verbal and written communication with care team.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive patient experience by partnering with the care team.
• Assist with daily living activities and basic patient care (ADL, vitals).
• Support RN and other providers, including data entry in EMR.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient privacy per HIPAA.
