Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a health care environment, familiar with medical front office insurance processes.
• Outpatient registration and/or hospital admitting experience preferred.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management of inbound and outbound calls for the Access Center.
• Assist with patient financial clearance and intake data collection from transferring parties.
• Perform data entry and quality assurance activities in relevant systems (Tele-tracking, Central Logic, STAR, CareAware, etc.).
• Conduct ongoing reconciliation and QA of data across systems.
