Qualifications

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA or a related field

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans and interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral plans and programs.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families in implementing behavioral strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to further develop clinical skills and knowledge
