Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes, schools, and community settings. The role includes implementing BCBA-approved plans and collecting progress data, with emphasis on compassionate, professional client care.

You will record detailed notes and collaborate closely with supervisors and caregivers to promote learning and skill development, contributing to a positive team environment and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate and professional client care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
