Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role involves delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, following BCBA-created treatment plans, and collecting data to monitor client progress.

You will work with a dedicated team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and participate in hands-on training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
