Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Utah to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement treatment plans created by the BCBA, collect data, and maintain precise notes while collaborating with the team.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to multiple sites. A positive, growth-oriented environment is emphasized with flexible scheduling and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Reliable transportation and valid state ID.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session notes submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
