Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings under a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate and professional client care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
