Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide supervision across home or school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
