Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to support children across Bergen County. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and regularly communicate with families to reinforce strategies at home.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• RBT Certification from BACB required.
• Passion for helping children and families and serving in the community.
• Comfortable working in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA's educational plan.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other therapists on the case.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and home-friendly strategies.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with state and federal regulations.
