Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children 2-12 in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement plans, and collaborate with a BCBA and families to support progress.

No experience? No problem—extensive on-site training and RBT exam coverage accompany full-time roles. Growth tracks include supervision and advancement to BCBA or leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and assist clients up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2-12.
• Record data, write therapy notes, and track progress for treatment plans.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress under supervision.
• Support BCBA in preparing materials and implementing behavior plans.
• Pursue professional growth through on-site trainings and supervision.
