Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Detroit provides 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum using play-based, evidence-based techniques. You will support children’s communication, social interaction, and daily living skills in a structured setting.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under a BCBA, with training covered by the employer and opportunities for certification advancement. Full-time schedule offered at multiple Southeast Michigan clinic locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disorders preferred.
• RBT certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding the RBT Ethics Code.
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to children.
• Implement ABA techniques to build life skills.
• Track behavioral data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA with precision.
• Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA.
