Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Saline, MI is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 play-based ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement evidence-based techniques, track progress, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to adapt interventions for each child.

No prior experience required; we provide hands-on training and support. Part-time clinic work with weekday hours and potential for full-time in the future, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disorders preferred but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to upholding the RBT Ethics Code.
• Ability to pass a background check and occupational health screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to help children develop essential skills.
• Promote positive behavioral growth and structure learning environments.
• Track and drive progress by collecting behavioral data and adjusting strategies.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home, school, and community settings.
• Bring treatment plans to life by implementing BCBA-designed plans with precision.
• Maintain clear communication by reporting progress to the supervising BCBA.
