Early Autism Services LLC in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2–11. You’ll work under BCBA supervision in clinic, at clients’ homes, or in community settings, with paid training and strong career growth opportunities.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Benefits include health, dental and vision, plus a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 ABA therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
