Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring Behavior Technicians to support pediatric ABA therapy. You will organize instructional areas, prepare materials, and ensure sessions run smoothly while collaborating with supervisors and families to implement behavior plans.

We offer advancement opportunities with paid promotions after 3 months, an evening shift premium after 4pm, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, and retirement

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be 18 years if age or older.
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and materials accessible.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for sessions.
• Complete all tasks associated with a therapy session.
• Receive supervision from supervisors through direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings and communicate professionally.
