Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in home and clinic settings. As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver one-on-one and group sessions, collect data, follow treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area throughout the session and at the conclusion.
• Prepare and keep binder, stimuli, and needed materials accessible and organized.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for work with ample time to prepare.
• Complete all tasks associated with each therapy session.
• Receive 1:1 and group supervision from supervisors via direct observation.
• Attend team meetings and scheduled trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA and policy manuals.
