Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Grosse Pointe to support ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work M-F 3:30pm-7:30pm, organize sessions, track progress, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during and after sessions.
• Prepare materials and keep binder and stimuli accessible.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time for sessions.
• Deliver instruction based on training and supervisor feedback.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
