Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Fairfax County is hiring part‑time paraprofessionals to provide direct ABA instruction under BCBA plans. You’ll work in home, clinic, and community settings with children aged 2–21, participate in team meetings, and collect data.

Starting hourly rate is $20–$24 with a $200 sign‑on bonus after 2 weeks and a $300 retention bonus after 6 months; travel to assigned cases within Fairfax County may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in relevant program; ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA's educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families after sessions and share resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
