Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to support children in Fairfax County. The role involves direct ABA instruction, family communication, and data collection, with flexible caseloads across home, community, or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting.
• Experience using ABA preferred.
• Successful completion of Achieve Beyond training and a passing competency exam.
• Enrollment in or completion of a related field program (psychology/healthcare/education) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
