Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services is hiring part-time paraprofessionals in New Jersey to support ABA programs for children aged 2-21. You will work in home, clinic, or community settings, providing direct ABA instruction under BCBA supervision.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, therapists, and the BCBA team, with opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergrad/grad program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Completion of 30-hour training with competency exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists.
• Communicate with families by providing debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with state and federal regulations.
