Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Fairfax is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support pediatric therapy programs across home, community, and clinic settings. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and help children develop communication and social skills.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience with children, RBT certification, and a passion for families. Compensation includes up to $27 per hour, bonuses, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field.
• Experience using ABA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists.
• Communicate with families, providing debriefs and resources for home and community use.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information in line with state and federal regulations.
