Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Long Island is hiring Part-time, hourly paraprofessionals to support ABA services across homes, clinics, and community settings. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

You will work with BCBA and therapy teams, collect data, and communicate with families, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working with special needs children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• OR current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or a related field
• ABA experience preferred
• Successful completion of Achieve Beyond 30-hour training and competency exam
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and professional
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs and resources to implement at home and in the community.
• Collect daily data and organize the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families per state and federal regulations
