Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Connecticut is seeking part-time paraprofessionals to support ABA services for children in home, clinic or school settings. Starting hourly rate: $20-$24.

Location: New Haven, CT area with cases available across the region. Responsibilities include direct ABA instruction, team collaboration with BCBA and therapists, frequent family communication, daily data collection, and ensuring confidentiality in line with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for working with children, families and therapists.
• At least 2 years experience with special needs children in a supervised setting.
• Current enrollment or completion of related degree program may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the BCBA educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate frequently with families, share resources and strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per State and Federal regulations.
