Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Clinician in Training to join a motivated team focused on transforming the lives of children with autism. We use a one-on-one, play-based approach to teach foundational skills in a supportive environment.

The role involves shadowing, phased training, supervision hours (1650 accrued), and growth with mentors. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, serving children aged 2–9 in a collaborative center.

Qualifications

• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• In process of finishing supervision or newly BCBA eligible.
• Commitment to Bierman core values.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA mentor.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients: create materials for learners on caseload and maintain therapy materials.
• Assist with CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
• Assist with the completion of monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and help prepare materials for meetings and trainings.
• Assist with creating and updating charts and data sheets following a shared consult.
