As BCBA-licensed leadership, you’ll recruit, mentor staff, establish service mix, cultivate referral partners, and collaborate with Ivy Health’s real estate, operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive successful clinic launches and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA license or certification required
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
