Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a brand-new pediatric ABA clinic in West Chester, PA. You’ll lead clinical operations, recruit and mentor staff, and shape patient experiences while partnering with Ivy Health leadership to ensure sustainable growth.

You will leverage established systems, equity-building opportunities, and a strong community network to deliver world-class care in ABA, physical therapy, and related services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ABA program.
• BCBA license or active certification required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and set the standard of care for the new clinic.
• Define market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team; build referral relationships.
