Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Investing Partner in West Chester, PA to open a brand-new practice. You’ll oversee clinical care, build a team, and shape patient experience while tapping into Ivy’s infrastructure and leadership support.

As a BCBA-licensed director, you’ll cultivate relationships with local physicians and families, guide startup operations, and share in equity opportunities as the clinic grows within Ivy’s network of therapy services.

Qualifications

• BCBA license or eligibility is required for this clinical leadership role.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Experience building or launching a startup clinic is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care within your licensed discipline and set clinic standards.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the clinic team.
• Establish market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local medical community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams on operations, finance, HR, and payer contracting.
