Job summary

Ivy Health's Pediatric Therapy division seeks a Clinic Director & Investing Partner in Washington, PA to lead a brand-new ABA clinic, shape the service mix, recruit and mentor the team, and build partnerships with local providers.

With de novo startup support, equity, pre-opening training, and Ivy's enterprise systems, you’ll guide patient care, drive growth, and deliver community impact while collaborating with experienced clinic leaders.

Qualifications

• BCBA license required to provide clinical services.
• Graduate from an accredited ABA program or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and set clinical standards.
• Open a de novo clinic with Ivy’s support and guidance.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
